Steps to Request Account Deletion:
To request the deletion of your Smart Mobile Clinic account and associated data, please contact our support team via email at contact@mapubi.com.
In your email, please clearly state that you wish to “Request Account Deletion” for your Smart Mobile Clinic account. To help us process your request efficiently and securely, please include the following information in your email:
Your full name as registered in the app.
Your registered email address or phone number associated with your Smart Mobile Clinic account.
(Optional) A brief reason for your account deletion request.
What Happens to Your Data Upon Account Deletion:
When you request to delete your Smart Mobile Clinic account, we will initiate the process of removing your personal data from our active systems. Here’s a breakdown of what will be deleted and what may be retained:

Upon successful processing of your deletion request, the following types of data associated with your account will be permanently deleted:

Usage Data: Records of your activity within the app, such as features used, pages visited, and usage statistics, will be disassociated from your personal identity.
Account Credentials: Your username and password will be permanently deleted.
