Africa’s Talent Hub is a flagship initiative of Mapubi.e.V., delivered as part of the OneMillionJobs Program, with the mission to equip young Africans with the critical skills and mindset to thrive in a changing world.
We prepare the next generation of African leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals to create sustainable impact in their communities, strengthen local industries, and compete in the global job market.
Through a unique and holistic curriculum, participants gain:

✅ Language Skills (German and English) – to access international opportunities.
The program goes beyond theory — every participant engages in a hands-on, project-based learning experience, where they develop and implement a real-world project in their chosen field over 3, 6, or 12 months, depending on the specialization.
In addition to the professional training pathway, the Hub also offers academic internships of 3 to 6 months for undergraduate and graduate students from our partner universities, in fields such as computer science, mechanical engineering, telecommunications, business administration, management, healthcare, tourism, communication, and renewable energy. These internships provide students with valuable industry experience while fulfilling academic requirements.
